Meet The Founder and CEO
LeAnn “LeLe” Drake
LeAnn is a licensed cosmetologist and educator with over 15 years of experience in the field. Her love for hair began at a young age, when she realized her own hair was not being styled to her satisfaction. This led her to become self-taught, mastering the art of braiding and straightening using a pressing comb. Soon, she became the go-to braider among her family and friends. At that time, no license was required for hair braiding. However, in 2009, LeAnn made the decision to attend Empire Beauty school, a move she considers one of her best decisions. It was there that her professional journey truly began, as she learned invaluable skills in cosmetology. During her time in cosmetology school, LeAnn discovered a passion for educating others. Encouraged by her clinic floor instructor, she decided to pursue a career as an educator. Shortly after graduating, she returned to attend the cosmetology educator program, fueling her desire to inspire and educate others. Through hard work and dedication to her clients, LeAnn has carved out a respected role as a stylist, educator, and business owner in her community. She has built strong relationships with her peers and continues to strive for excellence in her field.
